In the event of an emergency, disaster or hurricane, being informed is essential to keeping you, your family and your property safe.

AlertPBC & PBC DART

The City of West Palm Beach Division of Emergency Management, in conjunction with the Palm Beach County Division of Emergency Management, recommends you:

  • Sign up for “AlertPBC,” the Palm Beach County Emergency Notification System, which sends text, email or voice alerts to your phone. Click here to sign up for AlertPBC!
  • Download the Palm Beach County Disaster Awareness and Recovery Tool (PBC DART), which provides residents with information and tools used to prepare for a disaster and with the ability to report damage to their home or business in the immediate aftermath of a disaster. Download the PBC DART app today from the App Store or Google Play. It’s FREE.

The City will no longer use the CodeRed app to inform residents of emergency alerts.

The City of West Palm Beach Division of Emergency Management works with local, state, and federal agencies to prepare for disasters and coordinates response with the Palm Beach County Division of Emergency Management, which manages the AlertPBC and PBC Dart systems.
