AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECT

The City of West Palm Beach Community Redevelopment Agency set out to dispose of a property located at 816 3rd Street, West Palm Beach, FL 33401 to sell for an affordable housing project. This property is strategically located, offering easy access to schools, parks, public transportation, and essential amenities. The CRA Board selected Signet Foundation, INC. at the December 11, 2023 CRA Board Meeting (HERE) and is currently under negotiations.

The mission of Signet Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization, is to improve the community one neighborhood at a time through the empowerment of its people. The group is committed to addressing the critical need for affordable housing and enhancing the quality of life for residents in the Historic Northwest.

  • Past Experience – Home built in Hollywood, Renovation in Dania Beach, FL
  • Product Type: Modular Single Family Home – 3 Bed / 2 Bath, 1,400 sq. ft.
  • Time frame for buyer process: 30-60 Days from commencement
  • Time for Construction: 4 months
  • Headquarter Location: City of West Palm Beach
  • Will utilize the Palm Beach County Program
  • Hyper-local and business located in the Historic Northwest Sub-District
