Parking violations may be paid in several ways:

Pay Online

Parking Ticket Online Payment System is a convenient way to pay for a parking violation. If any citations are over 35 days old or if you have more than 3 citations, please contact Parking Administration for assistance.

Pay by Mail

Mail full payment of amount due by check or money order made payable to the City of West Palm Beach with your ticket. DO NOT SEND CASH. City of West Palm Beach Parking Administration  P.O. Box 31240 Tampa, FL 33631-3240

Pay in Person

You may pay your fine in person at the following location: Parking Administration 500 Banyan Boulevard, West Palm Beach, FL 33401 (See Map) Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
