In an effort to preserve and consider historic infrastructure and places within future redevelopment initiatives, the CRA  in partnership with the City's Preservation Planner, hired consultant Preservation Design Partnership, LLC to identify places of cultural and historical significance in the Historic Northwest neighborhood.

The consultant along with the CRA and city staff have engaged with the community to gather data and present the findings. The final phase will include a formal preservation plan that will include identified sites, proposed preservation methods and implementation goals.
