Development Services Affordable / Workforce Housing Roundtable, March 26, 2024

The Development Services Department with Housing and Community Development hosted a roundtable discussion to discuss proposed provisions to the code to promote workforce housing production within the City. The Mayor and City Commission approved amendments to the Comprehensive Plan on March 4, 2024 to allow the City to continue with the Workforce Housing initiative outlined in Resolution 306-22.
