• Community groups and non-profit organizations (closed to the public)
• Non-commercial use that is open to the public
  Restrictions and sales tax may apply. Non-profit groups must provide proof of non-profit status. A copy of a certificate of exemption is also required to waive sales tax.

Category Three

• Non-commercial use (closed to the public)
  Restrictions and sales tax may apply.

Category Four

• Promotional/Commercial Use
• Multiple reservations of any meeting room (5 or more within 4 months even if non-profit)
• Restrictions and sales tax may apply.

Category Five

• Private or commercial use before/after hours (administrative approval only)
• Security fees will apply
• Restrictions and sales tax may apply.

*nonrefundable sales tax may apply.

• Catering only available with Category 2 and above
• Rental Deposit** (Category 5 only):$300 deposit
• Use of Catering Kitchen** (Available for Category 2 and above):$300 deposit

**This amount is fully refundable provided the user has satisfactorily complied with all conditions for use of the space as set forth in the policy.
