For Small Businesses with 
Gross Revenues On Average
Over Three Years
That Do Not Exceed


  • $9 Million In Construction
  • $5 Million In Goods & Services
MWBE

For All Business Enterprises
That Are At Least 51 Percent
Owned And Managed By A
Minority or a Woman:
