The City of West Palm Beach (“City”), as agent for the East Central Regional Wastewater Treatment Facilities Operation Board (ECR), is issuing this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) to solicit Response(s) from qualified Consultants to perform the Construction Management Services (CSM) for the Blower Electrical Switchgear Upgrades, New Electrical Building, New Fiber Optic Cabling and new Electrical Wiring Project (the “Project”).
