The City of West Palm Beach, on behalf of the West Palm Beach Community Redevelopment Agency, is accepting bids from qualified and responsible Contractors to furnish and assume full responsibility for all labor, material, construction equipment and machinery, transportation, tools, appliances, fuel, power, light, telephone, water, sanitary facilities, temporary facilities and all other facilities and incidentals necessary, including supervision, servicing, taxes, bonds and insurance, permitting fees, traffic control, security, miscellaneous costs, warranties, general conditions, overhead and profit  to perform a selective demolition of existing structures and construction of  historical building rehabilitation at  822 N. Tamarind Ave., West Palm Beach, Florida as shown in the construction plans and described in the technical specifications for the project.
