The City of West Palm Beach is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to lead and assist with the Oracle E-Business Suite upgrade.  The firm shall monitor all stages of the upgrade process to ensure compliance with best business standards, keep the project on task and meet all project dates and schedules. The firm shall maintain detailed records including but not limited to attendance at meetings, monthly feedback to the Chief Information Officer and Project Manager on project progress, detailed financial invoices for all costs and prepare regular monthly progress reports.  The City will provide project assistance oversight and team resources including the Executive Sponsor, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Subject Matter Experts, and Technical Leads.
