Report City of West Palm Beach Homeless Activity through WPBKey

WEST PALM BEACH, FL — As part of its continued efforts to address the issues of homelessness and improving community well-being, the City of West Palm Beach encourages the public to use WPBKey to report concerns about homelessness and where and when City help may be needed. The web-based reporting tool streamlines the process of addressing concerns related to homelessness. Effective Monday, Aug. 5, WPBKey will replace the existing Homeless Activity Reporter assistance tool.

WPBKey allows users to easily report specific locations of homeless individuals, describe observed activities, and provide any additional observations or interactions. This enhanced system aims to provide more efficient and responsive support to those in need and to ensure that every concern is addressed promptly.

Upon submission of a report through WPBKey, the Department of Housing and Community Development’s Community Services staff will begin working to address the situation within 24 hours. Additionally, the submitter will receive a follow-up communication by phone or email to update them on the steps being taken to remedy the reported issue.

Residents are reminded that all emergencies should still be reported directly to 911.

How to Access WPBKey:

Website: Visit WPBKey.wpb.org

Mobile App: Download the WPBKey app from the Apple Store for iPhones or Google Play for Android devices.

The transition to WPBKey is part of the City's broader initiative to enhance service delivery and foster a supportive environment for all residents. The City encourages everyone to use this new resource to help improve community conditions and contribute to meaningful solutions.
