Road Closures to Begin Sunday, July 3 for annual Fourth on Flagler Celebration

City of West Palm Beach Road Closures for 4th on Flagler, the City’s annual Fourth of July celebration.

 

WEST PALM BEACH, FLA. (Monday, June 27, 2022) – The City of West Palm Beach announces the following road closures in advance of ‘4th on Flagler’:.

  • Flagler Drive between Banyan Boulevard and Lakeview Avenue - Sunday, July 3, 2022, 9:00 a.m. through Tuesday, July 5, 2022, at noon. Detours:
    • Entrance to The Plaza via Tanglewood Court.
    • Exit from the The Plaza via Chase Street to Lakeview Avenue. 
  • South Clematis Street between Flagler Drive and Narcissus Avenue - Sunday, July 3, 2022, 9:00 a.m. through Tuesday, July 5, 2022, at noon.
  • North Clematis Street between Flagler Drive and Narcissus Avenue - Sunday, July 3, 2022, 9:00 a.m. through Tuesday, July 5, 2022, at noon.
  • Lantana Avenue between Banyan Boulevard and North Clematis Street - Sunday, July 3, 2022, 9:00 a.m. through Tuesday, July 5, 2022, at noon.
  • Datura Street between Flagler Drive and Narcissus Avenue (open to Bradley's parking lot only) - Sunday, July 3, 2022, 9:00 a.m. through Tuesday, July 5, 2022, at noon.
  • Evernia Street between Flagler Drive and Olive Avenue (open to residents only) - Sunday, July 3, 2022, 9:00 a.m. through Tuesday, July 5, 2022, at noon.
  • Fern Street between Flagler Drive and Olive Avenue (open to residents only) - Sunday, July 3, 2022, 9:00 a.m. through Tuesday, July 5, 2022, at noon.
  • Clematis Street 200 & 300 blocks - Monday, July 4, 2022, 9 a.m. through Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at noon;
  • Narcissus Avenue between North Clematis Street and the entrance/exit of the Banyan Boulevard Garage. (Valet will move to the corner of Lantana Avenue and Banyan Boulevard) – Monday, July 4, 2022, 9:00 a.m. through Tuesday, July 5, 2022, at noon.
  • Clematis Street and Fern Street Dock closures - City docks will be open for vessels on a first come first serve basis. No rafting, no open flames, and no entering or leaving from the docks Monday, July 4, 2022, 8 p.m.-10 p.m. due to the fireworks.
  • Limited access into downtown off Banyan Boulevard-Monday, July 4, 2022, 9 p.m.-10:30 p.m.
