The city, through its ArtLife WPB public art program, and FPL have jointly commissioned “Florida Flora,” a large-scale mural by multimedia artist Daniel Barojas that will beautify one of the city’s downtown gateways. 

 

Minority Business Enterprise Certification Seminar Scheduled for 11/10/21

Owners of local minority- and women-owned businesses are invited to attend this free event to learn more about how to earn this certification with the city and the benefits to getting certified. Information will be provided about the City of West Palm Beach Office of Small Minority/Woman Business Programs.

The West Pam Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (the “CRA”) will accept proposed offers to negotiate for the lease or sale of multiple CRA owned properties located on 7th Street between Sapodilla and Rosemary in West Palm Beach (the “Properties”). The CRA encourages creative and innovative proposals for the highest and best use of these Properties by small business and to support continued economic development of the area.

COVID-19 Update

Continue to take precautions against COVID-19. The city has established a testing location at Gaines Park. For testing and vaccination information, please visit the COVID-19 Resource Guide online. Visitors to City Hall are required to have an appointment with the exception of individuals paying water bills, processing building permits, getting building permit applications/information, or attending public meetings. A face covering is required for entry to city government facilities.
