“As many students return to reopened schools today, I wish to extend my very best wishes for a happy and healthy school year to all students, teachers and school administrators in the City of West Palm Beach. I encourage all students, whether learning in school or online, to pay close attention, do your homework, and be kind to your fellow classmates. If we look out for each other, wash our hands, and follow COVID-19 guidelines, we can help each other to stay healthy.  I also wish to thank the many teachers who—through instruction and inspiration—are making a difference in the lives of West Palm Beach students and, therefore, our City’s future. I also tip my cap to the many parents who unexpectedly found themselves helping to teach from home!
