WEST PALM BEACH, FLA (August 27, 2020) – Due to system maintenance, the online and pay-by-phone utility payment system is scheduled to be temporarily offline and unavailable between Friday, August 28, 2020, 5:00 p.m. and Sunday, August 30, 2020, 10:00 p.m.  There will be no late fees assessed to customers who, as a result of the system maintenance, are unsuccessful in making their payments during the maintenance period.
