WHAT: 2020 Census Cruise -- a mini parade throughout three West Palm Beach communities
To close out the City’s ‘Census Week of Action,’ West Palm Beach Mayor Keith A. James, City of West Palm Beach first responders and the City’s 2020 Census Planning Team will host a caravan to promote this year’s census and encourage participation by residents. WPBPD and WPBFD vehicles will lead the way, with lights activated, as Mayor Keith James’ decorated vehicle follows closely behind. Additionally, ‘The Fresh Census of West Palm,’ the City’s official census jingle, will be debuted at this event.
WHERE: Procession to assemble at Coleman Park, along 21st Street, then proceed through
Coleman Park, Northwest and Pleasant City neighborhoods
WHEN: Friday, August 21, 2020;
3:30 p.m.: Cars to be decorated and lined up
3:45 p.m.: Mayor James to arrive at assembly site

4:00 p.m.: Procession to commence toward Coleman Park, Northwest, and Pleasant City neighborhoods
