The City of West Palm Beach Announces Temporary Roadway Closure on Rosemary Avenue for Construction Activities

WEST PALM BEACH, FL – The City of West Palm Beach is hereby notifying residents, businesses, and commuters of a temporary roadway closure on Rosemary Avenue, in collaboration with Related Companies. The closure will be in effect from Monday, June 26 to Saturday, July 1, 2023, between Hibiscus Street and Fern Street.

The temporary closure is necessary to facilitate crucial construction work as part of an ongoing development project in the area. The closure has been requested by the Related Companies, the responsible party overseeing the project, in accordance with the City's regulations and guidelines.

During the closure period, access to Rosemary Avenue between Hibiscus Street and Fern Street will be restricted to vehicular traffic to ensure the safety of workers and the public.  Pedestrian access on the east side of Rosemary will be open at all times.
