Within just six months, the City's Homelessness Advocacy and Response Team has conducted nearly 500 engagements throughout neighborhoods, parks and targeted areas to connect homeless individuals with resources, housing and/or loved ones.

Adjustments Made to Downtown Parking System
City Commissioners recently approved Resolution No. 191-22 which adjusts the previously approved downtown parking fines and enforcement.

'Closing the Gap' on Black Homeownership
The City has teamed up with the Florida Housing Coalition as part of its "Closing the Gap" program. This campaign focuses on decreasing the racial gap in homeownership by revealing historical patterns of discrimination.

2022 Chlorine Switch In Effect Through July 27
The Department of Public Utilities will conduct a temporary switch from the current Chloramine disinfection to Free Chlorine disinfection of its water distribution through July 27, 2022. This is an annually-required, preventative maintenance process to help ensure quality and safety standards for your drinking water are maintained.
