WEST PALM BEACH, FLA. (April 10, 2020) – The City of West Palm Beach continues to support the business community impacted by COVID19-mitigation. At a potential cost-savings to business owners, the City’s Public Works Department is offering a reduced number of sanitation pickup days for commercial accountholders impacted by COVID-19 mitigation. For closed businesses, the City will allow sanitation pickup service to be suspended or reduced until the business is able to reopen.  Additionally, the $15 administration fee is waived for accountholders wanting this service change.

Commercial accountholders wishing to suspend or reduce sanitation services due to COVID-19 mitigation may email a request to PublicWorks@wpb.org. Please include your account number, name of accountholder, business address, phone number, and the requested effective date. Billing will be updated during the next billing cycle based upon the service reduction/suspension date requested by the customer. Please allow up to 5 business days for the change to take effect.
