WEST PALM BEACH, FLA (August 19, 2021) – West Palm Beach Mayor Keith A. James has declared a State of Local Emergency, due to the COVID-19 public health emergency. This State of Emergency shall be effective for seven days, unless terminated earlier. It may be extended for additional periods of seven days.
