WEST PALM BEACH, FLA. (January 28, 2021) – West Palm Beach residents who are eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine will soon be able to access appointments through Publix Pharmacy. According to Publix.com: “Starting Friday, January 29 after 6:00 a.m. EST (5:00 a.m. CST), eligible customers can access COVID-19 vaccine appointment availability beginning Monday, February 1. Vaccination appointments are scheduled online only. Appointments cannot be made by calling Publix or the Publix Pharmacy.” Restrictions apply.

 The following persons are eligible for the COVID—19 vaccine in Florida, by appointment only:

• Adults age 65 and older
• Healthcare personnel with direct patient contact
• Residents and staff of long-term care facilities.
