WEST PALM BEACH, FLA (January 26, 2021) — The City of West Palm Beach is pleased to announce that the City’s Code Enforcement Division is being relocated within the city’s organizational structure. Formerly a part of the Development Services Department, Code Enforcement is now a part of the West Palm Beach Police Department. This organizational change is designed to improve customer service, reduce crime, and improve quality of life for West Palm Beach residents and business owners. Code Enforcement’s offices will remain at City Hall, and the department’s contact information remains the same.
