WEST PALM BEACH, FLA (December 15, 2020) — Individuals applying for a permit or business tax license from the City of West Palm Beach now have the option of claiming their ticket from the comfort of their own home. The new Qflow check-in system provides the convenience of marking your place in line from home while simultaneously reducing queue lengths within City Hall. In line with the latest Centers for Disease Control and Prevention social distancing guidelines, Qflow will help to ensure safety while also making the application process more efficient.
Before arriving, customers can reserve their appointment time here. Instead of waiting inside the building, applicants are free to go about their regular schedules and later reporting to City Hall. Once inside, the user simply checks-in at the Qflow kiosk located in the City Hall customer service lobby. A staff member is then notified, and the applicant is promptly assisted with their request.
“The new Qflow system is incredibly valuable for not only the convenience it provides our customers, but also the safety it helps us provide both City employees and visitors,” said West Palm Beach Mayor Keith A. James. “I encourage everyone who will soon be applying for a City permit to use this portal to claim their ticket.”
All paperwork required during the permit application process can be found on the City’s website: www.wpb.org/government/development-services/forms.
