The City of West Palm Beach Community Events Division produces over 600 unique, original, award-winning family-friendly events each year, most of which are free. Our beautiful city provides a spectacular backdrop year-round to entertain and delight people of all ages, and from all walks of life.

In their 11th year playing and performing together it is the chemistry and camaraderie among The People Upstairs that has been the glue to hold them together. It's a mixture of brotherly love, low-brow comedy and musical talent that makes The People Upstairs are more than a band and their fun-loving energy will spread to the crowd as they perform at Clematis by Night.

This highly popular, award-winning weekly concert series is the place to be for great music, mouth-watering foods, and amazing sidewalk shopping. Since 1995 the City of West Palm Beach has staged over 1,000 Clematis by Night weekly celebrations on Thursday nights in Downtown West Palm Beach.
