The City of West Palm Beach Community Events Division produces over 600 unique, original, award-winning family-friendly events each year, most of which are free. Our beautiful city provides a spectacular backdrop year-round to entertain and delight people of all ages, and from all walks of life.  

Festivals and events have a place of honor in West Palm Beach as essential tools for creating the city's urban character.  As one of the fastest growing cities in the U.S., West Palm Beach has retained the sense of a smaller, more connected community due in large part to its events.

A vibrant hub of culture, business, and fun, see why West Palm Beach has been designated as a World Festival & Event City by the International Festivals & Events Association (IFEA).

 

10th Annual LagoonFest

  • Location: Flagler Drive from Datura to Fern Street

LagoonFest celebrates one of the most picturesque waterways and estuaries in The Palm Beaches . . . Lake Worth Lagoon. Come enjoy this FREE event on November 4, 2023, to discover what makes this Lagoon such a local treasure and fantastic place to visit.

This free event takes place from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., on November 4, 2023, along Flagler Drive in downtown West Palm Beach (Datura to Fern). Bring the entire family and enjoy wildlife presentations, participate in Kayak Clean-Up Tours, Catamaran History Tour, stop by exhibitor booths, the Kids Zone and more!  And happening right next door is the West Palm Beach Green Market, featuring delicious foods, locally grown seasonal fruits, and veggies. What a delightful way to spend a Saturday. Learning, living, and loving Lake Worth Lagoon.
