The City of West Palm Beach Office of Sustainability is giving away FREE Florida native trees at LagoonFest in Downtown West Palm Beach along South Flagler Drive on November 4, 2023. Trees are available to City of West Palm Beach residents and businesses. No registration is required for this giveaway. First come, first served.Tree species will include: Simpson's Stopper, Marlberry, Orange Geiger, Slash Pine, Spanish Stopper, East Palatka Holly, and Myrsine.
Climate change is the biggest challenge facing the health of our planet. And while it will take many solutions working together to make a difference, trees are the proven, affordable, natural way that can be implemented quickly to pull carbon dioxide out of the atmosphere today. Every tree planted is a step in the right direction.
