Plastic Free July - Be Part of the Solution

From the top of Mount Everest to the deepest oceans, we know that plastic trash is everywhere on Earth. Now we know it's in us, too. You're eating, swallowing, or breathing in about 2,000 tiny pieces of plastic each week - an amount equal to the weight of one credit card. Plastic Free July® is a global movement that helps millions of people be part of the solution to plastic pollution – so we can have cleaner streets, oceans, and beautiful communities. It's about learning to make small changes. Choose one single-use plastic to avoid and you’ll soon discover another…and another great solution!

The Office of Sustainability will be distributing free kits full of reusable items on July 12, 2022 at Manatee Lagoon to City of West Palm Beach residents as our way to say thank you for being part of the solution and creating change. Registration is required.
