The West Pam Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) will accept proposed offers to negotiate for the lease or sale of multiple CRA owned properties located on 7^th Street between Sapodilla and Rosemary in West Palm Beach (the “Properties”). The CRA encourages creative and innovative proposals for the highest and best use of these Properties by small businesses and to support continued economic development of the area.
