The City of West Palm Beach Community Events Division produces over 600 unique, original, award-winning family-friendly events each year, most of which are free. Our beautiful city provides a spectacular backdrop year-round to entertain and delight people of all ages, and from all walks of life.
Festivals and events have a place of honor in West Palm Beach as essential tools for creating the city's urban character. As one of the fastest growing cities in the U.S., West Palm Beach has retained the sense of a smaller, more connected community due in large part to its events.

MELINDA ELENA / R&B, Classic Rock
Melinda Elena is a powerful, sultry and versatile singer and songwriter with an extraordinary dynamic vocal range.
Born and bred in relaxed suburban South Florida, this powerhouse of a vocalist has been active in the music industry since her young teens as the lead vocalist of multiple bands of a wide span of several different genres.
Melinda Elena has studied vocal jazz under the brilliant professors of Florida International University and Palm Beach State College. She has also shared the stage with the world famous country artist, Toby Keith and the popular 80's rock band, Quiet Riot.
Melinda Elena now spearheads her own named band, and is also fronting Dreams: The Definitive Fleetwood Mac Show as the mystical and mysterious Stevie Nicks.
Patrons should follow all CDC guidelines. Attendees may bring blankets and chairs.
