In observance of Hispanic Heritage Month, the City of West Palm Beach is partnering with Latin Quarter West Palm Beach, Palm Beach County and Palm Tran to host a festival and parade to celebrate the contributions of Hispanics/Latinos to our local culture and history. The event is open to the public and will take place at Phipps Park, 4715 S Dixie Highway.
The event will be preceded by a community parade of which West Palm Beach Mayor Keith A. James will serve as grand marshal. The parade will commence at Forest Hill High School, 6901 Parker Avenue, and end at the event site at Phipps Park.
Following opening remarks from city, county and local organization leaders, attendees will enjoy refreshments, music, games, dance performances and more.
