WHAT: Let’s Move-a-Thon
As part of Palm Health Foundation’s “Let’s Move” campaign, the City of West Palm Beach Parks and Recreation Department will host an event specially designed to create a healthy, active lifestyle among seniors. The department’s “Let’s Move-a-Thon” will include low impact exercises, such as walking and chair exercises, and treats for participants. Guests will be required to wear appropriate face coverings and follow social distancing guidelines.
