Closed meeting to discuss the settlement of pending litigation. The WPBHA’s Board of Commissioners, Executive Director Maggie Perez, and General Counsel Charlotte Burnett, as well as trial counsel Elaine Johnson James and a court stenographer will attend. The Meeting will be conducted in person at the Paul Laurence Dunbar Senior Complex Clubhouse located at 820 Grant St.
