In preparation for the 2021 hurricane season, the City of West Palm Beach is pleased to announce that Vegetation Amnesty Days will start on May 3, 2021 and continue through May 14, 2021.

The annual amnesty period allows residential customers to place large or unlimited amounts of vegetation waste for pickup at no charge. Normally, a yard waste pickup exceeding 10-cubic yards would result in an additional service charge to the resident, but the fee is waived during Vegetation Amnesty Days. The result is a comprehensive, citywide cleanup effort of yard debris in preparation for hurricane season. (Note: Vegetation Amnesty does not apply to commercial properties or landscape contractors.)
