The City of West Palm Beach Community Events Division produces over 600 unique, original, award-winning family-friendly events each year, most of which are free. Our beautiful city provides a spectacular backdrop year-round to entertain and delight people of all ages, and from all walks of life.
Festivals and events have a place of honor in West Palm Beach as essential tools for creating the city's urban character. As one of the fastest growing cities in the U.S., West Palm Beach has retained the sense of a smaller, more connected community due in large part to its events.

Screen on the Green: Hook

West Palm Beach, Florida 33401 - Introduction: Outdoor movie watching has never been more inviting than on the West Palm Beach Waterfront. Join us on the second Friday every month for FREE family-friendly activities and movies in an open-air theater we’ve set up just for our “Screen on the Green” series.
Hook (PG)
General admission tickets are FREE, and with a reservation made before noon on the day of the show, include unlimited free popcorn. General Admission reservation holders for Screen on the Green must arrive by 7 p.m. or your pod will be released.
VIP tickets are $20 plus a small Eventbrite processing fee and include pod seating closest to the screen, unlimited popcorn, four non-alcoholic beverages, and four candy items. VIP reservations will be held for the duration of the event and are not available to walk-up guests.
Advance reservations will not be available after 12:00 noon day of show.
Attendees who wish to walk up the night of the event will need to wait in a socially distanced line while pod availability is determined. Walk-up admission is not guaranteed and guests will still need to register onsite via the Eventbrite platform.
Guests who make a General Admission reservation in advance, but arrive after 7 p.m. will need to wait in the walk-up line as availability is determined.
