Are you worried about the environmental impact of fast fashion? Our Sustainability Series continues with a clothing swap. Join us and “Green Your Wardrobe” by bringing clothes you no longer wear to swap with other community members. Clothing should be gently used and clean. You will have the option to donate any clothing left at the end of the swap to a local charity.

This is a FREE event that will be held in the Clematis Room at the Mandel Public Library.

Program Guidelines:
Please bring at least 5 items, no more than 10.
Clean, quality clothing only.
No undergarments or swimsuits.

A good rule of thumb as you gather your swap items: don't contribute anything you wouldn't give to a close friend. Sure, clothing swaps are the perfect chance to clear out your closet, but maybe consider contributing last year's sundress that shrunk a little over your old college sweats. This also means no tattered tees (unless they're the trendy kind!), missing buttons, broken zippers, or stains.
