Always throwing away food scraps? The Office of Sustainability is partnering with Let it Rot for a live, virtual webinar to learn how to compost food waste! Let it Rot is a small worm farm and composting service in Palm Beach County that works with individual residents and small businesses to divert organic (will decompose) wastes from the landfill and instead composts it. By measuring and tracking how much weight in trash is collected on their weekly trash routes, they are able to prevent THOUSANDS of pounds of methane and carbon dioxide.
