The City of West Palm Beach and the Housing and Community Department will be conducting a Zoom meeting on August 25, 2020 at 5:30 PM, to discuss the process that the City has in place to dispose of surplus properties and specifically, the property located at 8111 S. Dixie Hwy. The meeting will be conducted by Armando Fana, Asst. City Administrator and Jennifer Ferriol, Director of Housing & Community Development Department for the City of West Palm Beach. We will also have a group of panelist from the south end of the City that will join in the discussion. They are, Shannon Materio, Dana Herst, Todd MacLean, Aaron Wormus and Dina Rubio.
